1. How to place an order?

(1) Refer to our web site first, then inform us by e-mail: sales@hz-game.com 
or phone call of  what models you will be interested at.
(2) We will make offers respectively  for your study.
(3) Negotiate the price , the purchasing quantity,
 then we will give you our P/I for your approval.
(4) Need you to organize the payment ( 30% deposit first for bulk orders;
if for samples, full payment). Once received your payment, we will organize products,
samples and shipments ASAP.  

2. What's your usual payment term for orders?

At present ,we can accept T/T (Telecom Transfer) and  transferring Western Union , PAYPAL(If you use Paypal, please increase 5% commission charge).
Notice: Please note that you will need to bear all bank charges involved, including bank charges incurred on our side.

3. How to ship

We use “Prepaid Only “ and “Prepaid or Freight collect “ shipping methods

4. Delivery Time

3-5days to deliver if pay with Bank Transfer; 1 day to deliver if pay with Western Union / Paypal.

6. What's the warranty of your products?

3-12 months, depending on the product. To obtain warranty replacement, return the product freight prepaid to the address below within the duration of the warranty.
